Nerds of the Round Table

For all things good and nerdy

Farewell Conan – The End of A (7 Month) Era

Last night was Conan O’Brien’s final episode of The Tonight Show, and it was a funny show.  Conan also proved that he is still one of the classier people on TV today and I look forward to seeing him on TV 7 months from now.  We’ve got a copy of his monologue and the best of The Tonight Show below if you missed it.  But before that I leave you with a quote that Conan said last night that I thought should be taken to heart by a great many.

“…all I ask is one thing, and I ask this particularly of young people who watch: please do not be cynical. I hate cynicism– for the record, it’s my least-favorite quality. It doesn’t lead anywhere.” – Conan O’Brien
